The tracker keeps your numbers in order and draws them. It deliberately does not mark a value as high or low. The range printed on your report was set by the laboratory that ran the sample for its own method and population; the ranges quoted here are the common ones from public sources and can differ.

Assumptions, checked September 4, 2026

  • Common ranges in the test list were copied from the cited MedlinePlus pages and the KDIGO 2024 guideline on 2026-09-04. They are shown for orientation, not as targets.
  • Units are the ones used on the source page (mg/dL, U/L, µU/mL, pg/mL, ng/mL, mEq/L). If your report uses SI units (mmol/L, pmol/L, nmol/L), convert before entering, or keep a separate note.
  • The 2% threshold for 'about the same' is a display choice. Two A1c results 0.1 apart can be within assay noise; two potassium results 0.5 apart can matter. Only your clinician can say which.
  • Data lives in this browser only (33 tests supported). No upload, no account, no analytics on values.

This calculator is an arithmetic aid for medication a licensed prescriber has already prescribed. It does not recommend a dose. Confirm any result with your prescriber or pharmacist before use.
